1982 Mongoose Moto Mag
This build is based on a 1982 Mongoose Moto Mag Model with a few “upgrades”. The Frame & Fork were in excellent condition and were media blasted, wet sanded and then powder coated. I stayed with good quality reproduction parts to keep the cost down. (NOS Parts would have doubled the price easily) This is now basically a brand new bike. This would be a great addition to a collection or just a great conversational piece in someone’s “Man Cave”!

This bike started life as a 2021 Vans Limited Edition that was custom painted White by Autokraft Restorations. Autokraft is a high end Muscle Car Restoration Shop that I work at. The Frame & Fork were professionally painted in a booth and is every bit as good if not better than the factory paint! Our Painter has been painting for 30 + years! Satisfaction Guaranteed! We then chose to add Blue Components. Some key components on this one are Redline Flight Cranks, Skyway Tuff Wheels with the Sealed Bearing Aluminum Hubs and Box Brakes with a Cook Brothers Lever!
