Hutch Pro Racer XXL (2017)

This bike started with a NOS “Candy Red Chrome” 2017 Frame, Fork & Bars that I purchased off the BMX Museum. (Still in it’s original Hutch Box) A host of high end parts were added including . . . Redline/Kastan Pinchless – 48 Spline Flight Cranks, Profile Bottom Bracket and Spindle, Profile Hubs, Hutch Chrome Plated Rims, Hutch Pedals & Technique Brakes that pivot on actual sealed bearings! All of the parts are brand new, the frame is a “New Old Stock” 2017 “Pro Racer” in the XXL Size.

Note: A big portion of the cost of this build was the custom wheels. If you are interested in this bike but want to save some money, I can put a basic set of wheels on it that would lower the price a bunch!

As mentioned, this bike features Redline/Kastan Pinchless Flight Cranks. These are made for American Bottom Brackets but since this bike uses the threaded Euro Bottom Bracket we figured out how to incorporate a Profile Bottom Bracket and 48 Spline Spindle. I don’t believe anyone else has done this modification yet!! This is definitely an upgrade over the “Old School” Techmatic Bottom Bracket most people are using with these cranks.
