GT Speed Series “Team” (1998)
1998 GT Speed Series "Team"
. This Bike started as a used 1998 Frame that I purchased off of E-Bay. I then wet sanded the frame and polished it to look like new again. A host of high end parts were added to finish off the build . . . GT Cranks & Cook Brothers Brakes to name a few. All of the parts are brand new, the frame is a 98 Speed Series "Team" model and as mentioned it is "used" and does have some scuffs/scratches that didn't polish out. Overall it looks great but I do want to stress it is a used 1998 Frame! Please Note: 1998 Decal Sets are not currently available so it has the 1997 Decals . . . This bike started life as a 2021 Vans Limited Edition We then chose to add Gold Components. Some key components on this one are Redline Flight Cranks, Graphite Skyway Tuff Wheels with Gold Sealed Bearing Hubs, Skyway 60th Anniversary Pedals and Box Brakes! This is a very "High End" build. We could lower the price on this one by swapping out some of the High Components . . .

This build is based off of the Skyway Frames that Planet BMX released. These are very hard Frames to get!! We then installed some really Trick Parts on it including SE Racing Cranks, Aluminum Wheels with Sealed Bearing Hubs and Box Brakes!
