This is a European Version of the Vans Limited Edition. (Only 250 made for the US market and 250 for the Euro market) 500 Total. Frame # 500. Redline Proline “Pro Model” (1997)
1997 Redline Proline
This Bike started as a used 1997 Frame that I purchased off of E-Bay. These were only offered as a "Catalog Frame" meaning you couldn't get this Frame as a complete bike. This was Redlines best Frame for 1997 and utilized 6061-T6 Aluminum vs. the cheaper 7005 tubing that was used in the complete bikes! I wet sanded the frame and polished it to look like new again. A host of high end parts were added to finish off the build . . . Redline Flight Cranks, Redline Sprocket, Profile Stem & Box Brakes to name a few. All of the parts are brand new, the frame is a 97 Pro Model and as mentioned it is “used” and does have some scuffs/scratches that didn’t polish out. GT Speed Series “Team” (1998)
1998 GT Speed Series "Team"
. This Bike started as a used 1998 Frame that I purchased off of E-Bay. I then wet sanded the frame and polished it to look like new again.
